Blue Ridge Reservoir

Blue Ridge Reservoir, also known as C.C. Cragin Reservoir, is a man-made lake located in Coconino County, Arizona. The reservoir was created by the construction of a dam on East Clear Creek in the Mogollon Rim region. It was named after U.S. Forest Service ranger C.C. Cragin who served the Coconino National Forest in the early 20th century.
Blue Ridge Reservoir has a surface area of 255 acres and a maximum depth of 100 feet. The lake is popular for fishing, boating, and hiking. Rainbow, brown, and brook trout are commonly found in the waters of the reservoir.
There are several campgrounds in the area, including the Blue Ridge Campground and the FR751 Dispersed Camping Area. The area also has picnic tables, restrooms, and other recreational facilities.
Visitors to Blue Ridge Reservoir can enjoy scenic views of the surrounding cabins, forests, and wildlife. The reservoir is also an important source of water for the nearby communities of Payson and Pine.
